Hope its goes well haggis.

Like I said in my original post it's just my opinion. So what you do at the end of the day is down to you mate. Others have made they points and I can see some good reasoning behind them. Who am I to say one opinion is wrong and mine is right. Of course some have just thrown toys out of the pram but thats down to them.

My point of veiw seem to be a bit different but hey it would't be an opinion if it was 100% correct

id go for a repair option myself if it was me.

If you can come accross some similar material, patching on both the inside (behind the armour pocket) and the exterior with good workmanlike stitching, would probably give an INCREASED level of protection surely?

Hope you get sorted. Tried contacting Fieldsheer themselves?
