I've just recently had a problem like this, and found it was a spring on the link pipe connecting the can (Remus, high level) that was vibrating against the pipe; soon sorted.

I can't open the audio file but if it's a whistling sound it may be where there's a hole for the removable baffle being used for the "tin whistle effect"

The whistling could just be the clutch gear teeth, Yams used to make a lot of noise from there
