Mine does that quite often, nothing to do with teh battery in my case, it's just one of those cute things my bike does to make me think it's blown up.

I charged it for two hours last night, and it turned over really well and started! But alas, this morning it was mostly dead again

Does this mean I need a new battery? Anyone know where I can get one from and how much? Could I salvage a curvy battery, mine is a K3?

Cheers

Luckily I have espied a local Suzuki dealer in Leamington Spa, but don't wanna pay too much for it. Cheers for the rough cost though. What about a second hand battery from a crashed bike? Would that still work or is it dodgy?

I would imagine it depends on the battery but I would be reluctant to buy second hand as you don't know if that to die a couple of months down the line, at least new batteries should have warrenties.
