I saw the sneakiest method yet on the M62 not long ago, camera hidden behind a battered old transit parked on the hard shoulder with it's hazzards on, ie broken down....

Absolutely, but some forces back that up with one in writing so as to remove all doubt.

Being just a tad pedantic, as is my way sometimes :P , they have six months in which to lay the information before the Court. It's the Court that issues the summons and there's no time limit on that.
