Pictures 8 through 15 show the details of this DIY custom license plate mount. In picture 8 you see two lengths of bolts. The shorter bolt is the Suzuki stock bolt for the passenger peg. I picked up a longer bolt from Medicine Hat Motosports. This allows me to make a custom mount and bolt it into place on the passenger peg bolt. A strip of metal was taken and bent at a 90° angle. The shorter end of the mount was bolted to that long passenger peg bolt. Then, the metal was twisted so that the license plate would fit between the rear wheel/hugger and the new undertail. You can see the bends and twists in the metal strip in pictures 11 and 12. The last 3 pictures show how close the license plate is and that there is very little room for error. The fit was pure luck.

I fitted one to Shinsings Jutsi's gixxer at the weekend. I drilled the holes in the undertray!! Will sort out a pic this evening of it.

Yeah, almost everyone had plates in front of the back wheel in the states when I was living over there, shame we don't have the small (and metal) plates over here.

Anywho, where have you mounted your crash bungs? They look pretty close to your seat and I can't use my front engine ounts like usual.
