Ive got F-all as parts go mate so all i can offer you is sympathy and a ride home if you need one? I'm only over at Baker street so i can detour to get ya if you need as i can go home thru camden no probs, as you know.

Ouch, hope it's nothing serious.

Arnica for the bruises, bottle of scotch for the fright and clip round the ear for binning it. :P

Unfortunately I've only got K3 bits, but I'm sure we could muster up a whole new bike between us if needs be.

My thoughts exactly!!

Went to UCH and got xrayed......good news is that nothing's broken......just got bruised ribs and a cracked elbow so not too bad. Cheers for the kind thoughts.....the doc reckons I'll be off the bike for a month.....in true Rictus manner I say bollox to that!

Sorry to hear about your off. Get that elbow checked out, you could have chipped the bone, and it's best to sort joint injuries out early.

Oh no - really sorry to hear about this Paul! Glad you're not too badly hurt - but lots of sympathy for the bits that are hurting.

Get well soon.

I can't help with parts ("really Caz?!", shouts Everyone) - and I've been known to tend to injuries... but it sounds like you've got that covered too. (And in a more thorough way than perhaps I can provide!)
