Whats with all this about the VTR having a crappy mpg? Anyone who has a big v-twin will tell you that none of them will give you more than 110 miles to the tank. If they do, they're a liar.
![]() I wouldn't say I'm a conservative rider and I can eke my fuel out to give around 100 miles to a tank. Just lay off the VTR bashing. They may be dated but, jeez, are they ever bloody lively!!! ![]()

going to keep the sv650 for another year , as a loaner had a T reg cb500 & I had a lot of fun on this , after the service the sv650 feels great (esp after the cb500) , I give changing another thought next year !
Still like the firestorm though ! Cheers Steve
