Christ, I've turned into the rating police! Nazi Alert!!

I often go for a blast for an hour at lunchtime if I've taken the bike to work. A great way to escape the office and relieve the stress!

The best midweek blast is when you leave for work and forget to stop and after a short while phone in to explain how ill you feel and hope and pray youll make it in tomorrow

As I have other commitments at the weekends, midweek runs are the norm for me, So if anyone is planning a run during the week I'd be up for it

All this talk of midweek runs..... changed my shift today to a lateshift and got out for a blast
Coatbridge to lanark to livingston and back again....roads were quiet and weather was as good as can be expected
But there was a lot of mobile speed cameras about which fortunately were mainly in the 30mph zones

after looking ahead the weather forecast looked pretty ruish for the next week or so.

so got in last night got the leathers on and headed out for a wee blast down to a see some family and home again! makes being at work today a little easier seeing i got out to play last night.

oh and seen a red pointy in milton of campsie, anyone on here??
