I'd recommend getting an ABBA stand too. Twice I found the SV on it's side in the garage after it's slipped off the paddock stand, even with hooks & bobbins. It's too easy not to notice the hook isn't located properly, then walk away. Don't even think about waliking away from the rubber cup ones. Plus the hooks scratch the swinging arm as well.

Abba stands £90 at excell show in Jan, plus specific bike kit. Once you have the stand all you have to do is buy a different kit if you change your bike.

You can't do any work on the suspension with a paddock stand, and nearly impossible to take out the front wheel too. You can with an Abba stand or similar.

Sometimes they turn up on evil bay, which is where I got mine, plus 3 kits for different bikes for £66, but most folk won't post em cos they're so heavy
