Its easy, I've done it a few times now. I had it harder as I had seals to replace to, so the forks where stripped.

With the forks out all the work is done, there's one bolt left to remove - the top cap. Nothing to do with being RWU or USD, they're unadjustable damper rod forks, there's no connection to the cap to be reset or reassembled.

I'm getting seals done at the same time.

I've done spring changes before, and they're **** easy!

I just go to SV650.org (or click the icon at top left of this page) to get to the main site front page. On the side menu of the front page is a button for "FAQ's and How Tos"
