It may be worth mentioning to double check that it's dry before removing plug as you will be time wasting if you let the water get in the cylinder. Also before you blow dry it out twist up some kitcken roll and soak up the most of it if there is quite a bit of water.

If indeed it is running on one cylinder, it's not that uncommon for the HT lead to "fur" a little where it connects to the plug.
The plug can be unscrewed from the lead, trim a little off the lead, and re-plug it on. It's known to help curvy's running on one cylinder. As a test (if it's sounding rough), take the spark plug out & hold it to the frame as you hit the starter. BE CAREFUL though. If she sparks, it rules out other problems. |

Zuky is back to full health, As Fizzwheel said, the spark plug needed it's dose of WD40. We did as you said it it turned over first time, she also likes her new back end . . . . hamicad tail tidy looks superb !

Glad you got it sorted as someone also said maybe worth investing in a front fender extender to keep the water off the front plug svs are prone to this with the front cylinder pointing forward.
Happy Riding. |

Ahhhh I spoke too soon . . . Zuky didn't want to go for a ride today and she kept popping her HT lead off, making me loose power dramatically and cutting out on low revs and refusing to start again.
http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=92902 Bad Zuky. . . . . back to the drawing board. Typical she decides to play up on the only sunny day we've had in ages.
