Pete's base run would be more topical & Law's more personally relevant, than the presumably unlimited work gone into improving yours.

Cheers, I thought it might have that option to avoid annoyed customers disappointed with their numbers, since "dynojet horsepower"'s more or less the standard. It's a bit like the Penis Inch

This is really interesting! Its interesting to note that at 4000rpm, both bikes are putting out as much power as my bike restricted. The power is really quite linear, and its good to note the torque curves - max torque at 7500 rpm, I expect this is what I use more of than overall power as I can definatly feel a drop off after 7500 on my restricted bike.

I would love to know the power curve for my bike, restricted then unrestricted

Nice to meet you too, Sarah. We didn't care how long it took, Steve was obviously determined to get the best result he could for us. It was a tad chilly on the way home. Pete put his waterproofs on for extra warmth..................the wimp

Here you go:

First one is: Green = My SV700 tuned bike
Blue = Laws injected SV650 with Yoshi/remap
Red = Petes Carbed SV650 with stubby/BMC/remap

Mine Versus Petes bike. Sorry off to Edinburgh tommorow so got to pack! so didnt have time to find the base runs from my bike. Pete's "base" run was the first one steve did.

Apologies they are so large..and note mine has an over rev built into the ECU.

Just showing these to show what differences there are and what can be gained..roughly 14bhp. Bit of fun thats all so dont want a lengthy debate!!
