I've used it to retrieve installation keys before and works well

Just upgraded to Windows 10. It's pretty awesome, a lot faster than 8.1 and doesn't have all of that Metro rubbish.

i have it running in a VM. Not convinced by it yet, but I felt the same with Win7. Will give it 6 months or so and then upgrade my box. I'll probably just buy a new hard disk, clone my existing drive and then upgrade.

Mine went well, left it running over night. Looked at it some point the next day and worked just perfect. So far its much, much easier than Win8. Not tested Cortana yet though.

Mine tired but as the drive is locked it just doesn't go and had the code for locked drive.
App data and files to back up and see if I can find a legit Windows 7
