Insurance was a whole £20 more than for the sv. Same level of cover just more excess. The bike's had to go back for some work as it wasn't running right. I've got a cbf600 for the mo, which isn't quite as exciting...

Gonna be on the CBF until at least Wednesday. Apparently the mechanic has it running "sweet as a nut" but wants to test ride it for a day or two to be sure it's bomb-proof before I come get it again, and he's off work until wednesday. He's gonna be running my bike around for a couple of days on his days off and hopefully then I'll get a call telling me to come pick it up.

Please lord, deliver me from this blandness and into your warm, Kawasaki embrace...

I'm sure if it had been anyone else they would probably have just said tough luck.

Yeah, what he said.
I'm thinking about one myself so it'd be good to hear what someone who isn't a spoilt moto journo thinks.

I'll let you know when I get it back and it's working again. So far the suspension feels nicer already (even though it's set for someone of about reasonable human weight rather than me) and the riding position seems really comfy for a sporty bike. The top-end is absolutely lovely, really rich spread of power. I'll post more once I know!

What you talking about?
It's been done already AFAICS.
Jaimie looks great mate.
You & me could both do with crash bungs tho' - but don't drop it and you won't simple really.
Enjoy when you get it back & check the mileage!
