Well i'm around the 18 stoner mark and i wanna be 14 ish, will be hard to do but i reckon i could do it, used to be a good centre midfielder last season, now i can run for 10 mins and i'm forked, i know thats fitness too but it all plays a part.

Keepin off the junk is hard and i find i'm eating just toast when i have a craving for summit unhealthy and i seem to do fine

And this one i keep telling my missus, 20 mins of rampant sexual intercourse loses a heck of a lot of calories, she wont believe me though
