Bugger. Oh well, I guess we've been fortunate so far with the weather this month, I've had about 4 rideouts so far. Looks like Feb will be a cold one. I guess it's how it should be really.

Observer rule is to say "If you see me getting smaller in your mirrors you're going too fast for me and so may want to consider slowing down" So clearly if the person following is still following it's his/her fault you were going too fast. Alternatively the person in front is setting the pace so it's his/her fault.

Best excuse is "we forgot to invite the bloke who rides slowly" so it must be his fault. So now just need to find a slow rider who never turns up to accept the blame. That way someone can stay at home polishing their bike while others go out and have a blast safe in the knowledge it's shiny bike bloke's fault.

You want to be careful with such accusational talk. It is entirely at the discretion of the rider if they choose to only go out on the two weekends of the year when it's not too cold, not too hot, not too wet, not too dry, not too dusty, not too many bugs about, too high a risk of meteorite strike etc etc etc.

Just because some of us choose to ride in a variety of conditions does not in any way suggest those that do not are lesser bikers.
