One question comes to mind....
How are we going to get our stuff back? Are you going to take it back to Chez Ape and have people come collect it over time, or will there be an Ace day the following weekend? Any thoughts BigApe ?

The plan is to host a BBQ the weekend after the AR. People are welcome to stay the night and take their belongings with them when they leave the next day. Or of course go home the same evening and take their belongings with them.

At the moment it looks highly likely the pick up will be on Sat morning at the Ace. Also, seeing as there are as yet no pick ups to make at the Shire and unlikely to be any, I'll extend the pick up time at the Ace. Instead of an hour window, I'll make it a 2 hour window.
And as Mark said, would be useful if you tag your gear. |

Lets us know what date for sure, right now I have no clue what I'm doing that w/end work wise casue I have lost my diary
 but I think I'm about 90% sure that I'm not working that w/end. I really better go find it!

Pick up will be at the Ace between 10:30 - 12:30 on SATURDAY 28TH JUNE. THE SERVICE IS NOW CHEAPER THAN EVER. ITS FREE !!!!
