Greg was a nice bloke, will be keeping his number for when im ready for a new bike...

the ride home was lovely no problems on the 4hr journey, cruising very comfortably at 90 and only took 1 and a half tanks to get home...is good to know that it came from someone from the .org....dont spose u still got the lowers have ya??!!

Picked it up on saturday but after 30miles on the A1 it gave up the ghost Got it towed back by the RAC .
Chris was really honourable and gave me a refund. Both of us gutted but there you go.
Was only a couple of loose connections (as it turned out) but cos of distance involved couldnt go back for it the next day. Would have no hesitation in recommending the bike (or Chris) to anyone.
Start the process ALL over again!

Sorry I haven't got the lowers anymore, they were on the bike when it went away in his van, but he said he was going to bin them. They were off a crashed bike and were only for protecting the engine in winter! I prefer the half faired look on SV's myself.
Glad to hear she's still trouble free; I went to the South of France twice and the bike never missed a beat. Very comfy after 9 hours in the saddle too I only sold up because I wanted something a bit quicker!
Since you're relatively local I'll hopefully see you on a rideout if one ever pops up when I can get a day off!
