That is right by the hospital and the college (of which is having a major face lift) so it could be quite noisey for a bit.

It is 3 minutes walk to the new shopping centre , bus station and about 10 minutes (Slow walk) to the town centre for pubs.

The apartments are quite nice in there and to a high standard as well.
Not a lot of parking around that way though so if you had a car and a bike you might struggle.
Probably a bit noisey on a friday and satruday night with the people walking back from town and people going to the hospital but other than that good.
The college will have most of the major construction finished soon.

Hope this helps
Jerry

Pretty nice area although the hospital may be a bit of a pain as it does have an A&E department so id hope you get double glazing. Other than that its actually far enough out of town and the otherside of town from the uni so you wont get that many people walking past at horrible hours of the day. As far as i can remember there is a hotel opposite the hospital which never seems to be busy and the houses down there are all ok. It is used at a road to cut from the roundabouts to desborough and as such has heavy traffic during rush hour but other than that should be fine.

I'm not sure HW is somewhere I'd choose to visit, let alone live.
