My old man was in the Navy for 34 years I think. Marine Engineering Officer, Ltd Cdr Moss MBE!!
Lots of ships, lots of places - he now works for BlueWater in Antibes, near Redbouy!! I wanted to join the army when i was younger but dad wouldn't let me join any of the services. |

Unarmed service for me.I spent a few years in the Merchant Navy when we still had one and went to more places than I can remember.

When were you on 27Sqn Geoffrey? I was on there about 4 years ago. Still at Odiham but now no-longer on the Sqn.

Arh this old chestnut again.......
REME spanner monkey 4 years with 3 ADTR, last two years attached 7 RHA following big bits of metal some burk threw out the back of a plane  Cheers Mark.

Interesting to know there are so many of us on here.
I believe me and Dangerous Dave may have met before, with 47sqn (C130) I did a lot of SF insertions and when I was in 18sqn I did a lot of pick-ups (RIB into Chinook). What do you think DD? |
