Aye, the downpipes are lighter but you adding an addition link pipe and silencer. This is one reason why I'm not a fan of twin systems as they don't really offer any weight advantage, there isn't one which helps the SV breather any better, and they offer no performance increase. Yet the cost the same, or more in some cases, as a decent 2-1 race system.

Should do too, it was designed for the K3. It is the K4 onwards where you start to get problems, the clearance between the cans and rear tyre is restricted due to the lower subframe but the pipework still aligns up.

well heres the result so far.......all thats left is shave 2mm of either side me no plate (as it touches cans dont want it to melt lol) and fab up a indicator bracket extender fingymabob of sum sort!

will post pics of indicator bracket when made and of course of it all on the bike

overall i am VERY happy with this set-up, it sounds much better than my blueflame evo3 and sumhow balances out the rear end better cosmetically, i'll let u all judge for yourself

once me bracket is sorted will be fitting the crash protectors and lower fairing/cowling.....which is a diff colour to rest of bike (thunder grey) so could look either really bad or really cool lol

above all thx for the warm welcome and advice, much appreciated
regards
