im gonna do the swing arm, but i need to get more tools to get wheel and everything out the way first.

still waiting for my bolt kit to put the fairing back on

Ok, pic as requested, with the fairing on.

just need to get some more kit then i can do the swing arm.



But now im not sure whether to put the hoover pipes back on, and if not, what to blank the holes in the tank with
(if you dont know what the hoover pipes are look at the before pic!)

Seems sv_rory is not going to step up to this one... I could, but won't... because you lot demand to be dazzled.
Instead of re-asking an unanswered question, you could do a little research of your own so that you can make up your own mind as to whether it was done right. There is a ton of material covering surface preparation of aluminium in various standards and manufacturers data sheets. Probably none for that rattle pack.

Nice job for temporary cosmetics btw.
