So why are they flashing if put directly together?

I've snipped them a cm out from the relay if I connect the wires to my flasher unit they are solid if I reconnect them to the stubs at the relay they flash fast.

I remember us having this same conversation when you were wiring up your curvy and you had relay backwards

Richie has fitted real bulbs inside front fairing somewhere to act as ballast for front LEDs you say? Take these off/disconnect them. You don't need with new relay.

I know lol so don't worry I've tried the flasher uinit both ways round many many times!

Richie had wired leds into the side lights so had left the bulbs in the front to keep with the resistance I've unwired these and ran the wires to my indicator mirrors (so in affect I have 6 LED indicators on the bike) will this be an issue?
I have rear leds, sidelight leds and mirror leds.

Also I found a (very hot) fat resistor (ballast?) wired between the wires before they get to the left hand side light (aswell as the bulb) couldn't work out why this was only fitted in one side so I left it.

As I've said the way they are wired ever single indicator works perfect when using the alarms relay (it has a remote hazard lights thingy) but when I use the bike's my options are flashing fast or solid.
I've tried messing about with using just 4 indicators and the led flasher unit (incase it change the voltage to something more acceptable) but no difference.

Take ballast out too. LED relay is designed to run low current!

Try it with just 4 LED groups as the relay was designed to run and see what happens.

same result. wondered if there might be another one hidden at the other side of the bike but couldn't see anything.

It was wired across the negative and positive before they got to the switch actually (like an H shape of wires).

Could anyone else confirm what sort of flasher unit they used on their pointy?
Thinking it's a case of knackered flasher/wrong one.
