Pete sorry if this has been suggested but infairness I finished work at 5pm.
If you're computer is useable on the net (which it sounds like it is) go to www.downloads.com and search for and download a pice of software named 'malware bytes' , it's extremely good and best of all free. Save it somewhere you'll find it easily. Now restart the computer and hit f5 as it starts to boot (i.e after it's switched itself off and is starting to turn on again...it'll go through a few screens with text on) this should lead you to a set of advanced options, navigate to safe mode and press enter. don't be alarmed by all the **** that'll scroll down the page the computer should then start and log in to a interface you'll recognise. Install the malware bytes program and run a full scan, when it's complete and prompts for a restart - before you restard right click on 'my computer' click the system restore tab and ensure system restore is disabled. Reboot to a hopefully clean machine.

any problems, update the thread. If you can;t download the program either try doing it from safe mode (with networking?) or download it on a working comp and save it to disc or a flash drive and put it on the other comp whilst its in safe mode.
This is all assuming you're using windows xp (hey its a fair assumption since you have a virus) may well apply for windows ****sta too

'ok time has come for Daves solution - up to now ive been battling the trojans n bots but they finally seemed to get thru the defences and force a safe screen which siad stop, you are going to lose everything soon, do something !
The progs so far have blocked, but not rid me of these damn spies ...its not nice nad the pc is v slow abd crashes a lot, plus it takes ages to boot up, normally have to try 3 times , try,it hangs, crash it, try crash it etc... so malware bytes when i get home ...gulp.... ![]() |

![]() If you hadn't removed your restore thingy like I wrote above (I think, atleast I should have) they'll just store in there and keep coming back.

Right just re-read what I put, try update malware bytes if you can before running the scan. Viruses these days now do their best to stop you running defensive tools, if it seems to be blocking mal bytes come back on and I'll try get you a work around.
