So,so true,if you can ride a ss600 more or less to its limits(forget m/ways,i mean country twisties)then you will keep up/beat any so called bigger bike.

Ride 'em both, on roads where the SV doesnt do it for you, then you'll have more idea. I went from an old ZX-6R to my 750 and sometimes I really miss the upper reaches of the revs as its just too fast on the 750.
Having said that, I recently had a go on a 2007 ZX-6R and it felt a bit weedy (I'm not saying it felt slow though!!). So to sum up - when one is in the mood to thrash then a 600 is 'more thrashable'. For the rest of the time the 750 is better. And I'm sure a better rider than me could happily thrash the seven fiddy. If I had the choice again...I'd pick the 750 again. |
