Tim - You wouldn't believe how many calls and how long I had to fight for to get Michael Halsalls to even listen to the possibility of looking at the Davis case. The guy handling my case wasn't having any of it. I was doing all the case research myself.

Stu - What, not because you were in the right?
Unfortunately it doesn't seem that straight forward in reality.

They were very commited to mine too.

I contacted them again today and was told " john will ring you back later today" again nothing.

We will see how quickly they contact me when they want paying.

ED, Thanks for the info on the complaints side of things a while back I can see me going down that route unfortunatly .
