tbh in my opinion i dont think of kriega as very good stuff. i just see it as what you would expect. i've come accross some rubbish before i got my kriega r25 tho so it is better than the majority.
the only issue for me is that there is not infinate adjustment on the bags. you can only get them so tight. i like a tight fitting backpack and as im small its just a little bit too loose for me ![]() |

i dont really understand the capacity sizes, how much can you fit in a 20 litres bag, could you fit a lid.

Bit late to the party, but I have Oxford stuff (including a 12 year tank bag) that works. It never claimed to be waterproof and it is not. The rain covers died first time used - rubbish! But that's a well known draw back and like yorkie my stuff gets wrapped up. Never tried Kriega but it seems good kit from the stuff I've seen.
My preference would be the Oxford bum bag for the spare visor pocket even though mine is just too small! There seems to be some variance in manufacturing, because I do know someone with the same visor and bumbag and they fit no problem! ![]() |

Apart from that wee issue, the bags been ok - it's waterproof too which is nice.

Me too, but I always put a bungee net over the top so it's never flapping about. I also put my tail pack, tent & large pump for airbed all under the rain cover so it's filled out.

No it doesn't. The Oxford stuff I have has a lifetime guarantee that I have used to exchange 2 sets of panniers and 2 tankbags with. All the stuff that failed had been put through hell during many thousands of miles of abuse when commuting and touring. All that failed were zips and that was because I'd overloaded them.

It might be the oxford "first" line that doesn't have guarantee? Sports-humpback panniers I have seem good quality bit of kit.
only issue I have with tankbag is the map pocket is no longer as transparent as it should be. But I can hardly blame oxford for the dopy tw*t who picked that moment to wally the throttle.
