yeah, just fibreglass it up then, easy enough. you can get a small fibreglass kit from Halfords, bridge the main gap with chicken wire first then just add the fibreglass sheets. fill and sand it then spray it all over with an aerosol.

Bring it over to my place if you want a hand.

If I get this new job sorted I'll buy a trailer and prep'd sv and join you lol

Please do, both the weeing and buying a trailer.

I'm trying to convince Cog Head to start to.

ATM i'm just thinking what's the minimum i can do to get race legal then doing a couple more track days to get back into gear...

Ill come and take the photos and charge you many beans for the privilege like the other photographers do

On a side note, i have compressor and spray gun, i dont mind practising on your panels if you supply paint, might work out cheaper than rattle cans ?

Not a bad shout. I fancy a big gay pink bike if i'm honest. Or some other garish colour. Are you still up for Oulton Park on Saturday BTW Specialone?

I started dismantling the grime bike tonight. It's getting there already really. Taken pretty much evreything off that i need to, but not touched the wiring yet.

Need to make a to do list of essential things and then just 'wants'.

Yeah dont mind a bit of oulton if you dont mind riding with my slow a55

Btw you have to be damn good to have a garish colour otherwise people will laugh

To Do List

Essential
1. Order and fit front/lower fairings with oil catcher
2. Change brake fluid
3. Service callipers
4. Renew fork springs and oil
5. Lock wire the correct bits (No idea how to lockwire, Google here i come )
6. Order and fit replacement rearset footpeg and bolt
7. Patch hole at the rear brake light.
8. Dyno bike
9. Remove sidestand

Wants/Not Essentail
1. Order and fit new higher tail unit/subframe
2. Spare tyres fitted with wets
3. Order/fit full exhaust system

Those in the know, have i missed anything or got any suggestions or alterartions please...?
