Santander Internet Banking

Well the bstards won't take me off the mortgage with the ex wife even though i pay nothing and the judge said i had to come off it, ****s

I dumped all my Santander related bank accounts. And moved my money to British banks. Not giving my money to johnny Foreigner.

Are you sure you're not just computer illiterate?

I use it all the time and dont have any problems with it.

The time out thing is only a security measure to stop the account being accessed if you accidently leave the page open in a browser.

Quite possibly! Hope none of my clients (whom I charge to look after their IT) realise though!

I'm not on abou the timeout from inactivity.

I'm on about not being able to log on full stop, mostly after clicking on "continue" from entering my Customer ID (just before the passcode and security number page).

Although sometimes it also times out even for the homepage, and sometimes after I have entered the passcode and number.

never have any problems with santander but then my mother is a branch manager haha.

never had the page time out unless i leave it logged in, very easy to move money about online so dont understand that either.
which net browser do you use?

Main browser is FF, but tried also in IE8 + Chrome.

I use ff and Iphone no worries...

Really weird that your having issues.

Have you tried logging in from another pc or mobile?

i use chrome and its all fine

Its clear then, Santander hates me!
