Pretty damning fact,

If you take into account inflation comparing Welsh Water bills to Wessex water, Welsh water bills have gone down by something like 60% compared to Wessex who's have gone up 17%.

Take it from someone who works in a water company, Leakage detection to keep all you people who phone in when there's a dribble in the road, it costs a fortune to find a leak underground compared to putting more water out of the works.

Water bills aint got nothing compared to Gas or Electric prices. In Wales we got appauling equipment to work with compared to Western Power.
