Nah dizz, a JCB might be more fitting the way this has gone. Irons you really do need to stop digging.

Irons, from my experience of internet forums, you can never win. Everyone has their views and opinions. Those that share yours won't make them known, but those whose differ will shout them from the roof tops at you.

Best thing to do is to forget this little bit of drama, don't let it sour your time on this forum. There are bigger issues out there!

Mate, before I posted in this thread I searched your posts to try and get a balanced view. I suggest you do the same.

1) You're not attacked in any way. People respond to your own direct posts with direct posts.
2) You gave an apology, then chopped a lump off making it sound a tadge hollow.
3) Your post in Ed's cat thread was your usual directness but hey it was insensitive.
4) Rather than react the way you do when someone comes back at you, take a breath and ask yourself why they've occasionally jumped at you. Maybe you're right but not every time.
5) And if you do read through all the posts you've made, just how many times has someone had a pop? Not many. A touch sensitive maybe?

Having met some of the strong opinionated people on here I can say they're nice people and I'd happily have a pint with them again. If you're gonna post an opinion, be prepared to have some disagree with you, and maybe strongly.

ah yea mate i know, this was not intended to make everyone love me etc just wanted to try and explain. If people on here still want to hold those views of me then its cool i really wont loose any sleep over it but at least i know i tried, i could just make another user name but that would be far to easy lol and far to much effort for this

1) a direct post in reply does not contain insults? did you read the whole of the bike test thread?
2)not sure why i made it sound hollow was just speaking as i find
3) what's insensitive to some is not to others, i was genuine about his loss but just asked what was expected if you did stop, never been in the position was just being honest. was not meant in that way
4) you said people didnt attack me in point one then they do occasionally jump at me? i do admit i can sometimes type before i think tho
5) i dont think so, dont get me wrong im not crying over being attacked in threads. I said i was in that bike test one and i do feel like i was. thats it, has not had me in tears but did give me a bad attitude towards certain people on here thats all

irons - You post this thread in an attempt to make people realise that you are not all bad and then you go over onto Ed's rideout and take the p*ss! You really do not help yourself and by running around the forum shouting about what a victim you are, you are not endearing yourself to many on here.

This forum has a wide and varied appeal to different personalities. There have been some MEGA arguments, sorry, debates, in my time alone but we all - usually - managed to agree to disagree and shake hands at the end. You, however, seem to be entirely incapable of this.

Should you dislike the "attitude" in this forum as much as you seem to (given all your crying about it) then I suggest you ask Fizz to retire your account. On the otherhand, you could MTFU and realise that a heated debate in here is nothing more than that and it is not people attacking your opinions, get on with the forum, get to the AR and STOP BLOODY MOANING....

That is all.
