When I took my ZX6 for its MOT (I have a Da Vinci race can) It had a baffle in it .
He did say I don't have to bother putting it in nest time as its quiet clear from the lack of soot it had only just be fitted for the test

I bought an E marked exhaust strap off ebay, cures the issue of no marking.
