I have noticed there was a ****ty scotoiler once connected found the remain of a vacumm tube but cant see where it was connect on the intake?

Also is there a automatic choke or does the injector just change the amount of fuel input via a sensor.

OK, in your first post, you said you cleaned the connections, installed new plugs and fresh fuel... and it wouldn't start. Now it will?
If there was an issue with the fuel injection, what corrected it? Or did it heal up on it's own? I like heals up on its own repairs.

Default Pointy won't start.

No actual choke as such, FI system has ECT and IAT sensors which allow map to alter injector duration, and secondary throttle valve actuator has a cam on its spindle that cracks the primary to lift tickover.

Speaking out of Naivety here but could this have been anything to do with TPS/Idle problems? combined with cold temperatures maybe these just weren't sitting where they should have been?

When I recently did my TPS adjustment I moved the sensor too much one way and got my idle all out of wack as well. Had real struggles starting it until I got all this straightened out. A fresh day and a charged battery got it sorted no problems.
