I have been speaking to the claim department at the accident management company
No one has accepted liability I have signed a credit repair form as i stated i was not at fault (signed it on the day i got knocked off apparently) They have not chased the other party So i mentioned had they best not sort this out (wondering if they even bothered to speak to the witnesses Doubt they will be of any use now not exactly fresh in their minds) Frustrating dealing with these people |
