Was feeling a bit guilty until I read Marrus' entry - fair play bloke!
Am in the fortunate position of owning a spanky red Ibiza Cupra called Elmer (Registration is FUD - what choice did I have? & I can hear you laughing from here Weegaz I know what it means north of the border thank you very much) who gets as much attention lavished on him as my beloved yellow SVS (still sans name as nothing obvious presents itself - love Kylie by the way SexiSi but truely Mrs S would crucify me!) for use between March & October (when its not raining admit it riding in rain is pants)& whom gets cleaned every time I take him out. Guess I'm a lucky git too - also have access to Mrs S's Ibiza sport (called Sybil) when its really crap.

I use my sv as much as possible. had it since late april after passing my test and don't often use anything else, also drive my mum's pug 306 1.6 xl not too bad either, sometimes its good to be on four wheels, like the time i ran into the back of a mates car and did a grands worth of dan=mage to mine and not a scratch to his.

Bugger, i'm sticking with My SV, my girlfriend called here PO sin my numberplate (see name)

I have a Smart Passion Coupe as my car, although it hasn't been out of the garage for 3 weeks and the last time it was moved before that was because i moved house so had to drive it from one to the other.
Since i've had the SV (8 weeks now) i've done less than 100 miles in the car and over 3000 on the SV.
The wife has a Zafira 2.2 which she uses for the weekly shopping and to carry our son.

For work I have no option but to ride 2 wheels.
SVS if weather is ok, Sym Jet 50 scotter if weather is bad. Keeps your feet dry and probably wont hurt as much if I drop it ( financially and physically).
Mazda MX6 2.5 V6 which my wife has for work.
Just bought a Jialing JH125 ( basically a Chinese Honda clone) for the wife to learn on which might become my winter hack.

Passed last year by DAS, and am completely hooked. Flogged my car to buy the bike. I can't imagine going back to four wheels. I like cars, but on today roads they just ain't fun anymore. I look forward to every trip on the bike.

We have one car (for the missus, kids, shopping etc.)

Cars, I mean, they lean the wrong-way and everything!

Laters...

The SV is the main transporter but I own a very boring Mitsubishi Carisma hence why I have a bike! I will only use the car for the real crappy (Snow, ice and stuff) days. The wife has a little Ford Fiesta as well.
