GSX250 was first bike,
Yam 350 YPVS the second but I didn't have it very long
GPZ500S (sold it with over 100,000 miles on it!)
600 bandit (wonderful)
FZX750 (my commuter bike and money pit)
SV650S (gorgeous)

Oh, and I borrowed an ancient CB750 for a while when the GPZ was off the road

It had something wrong with it that meant it would pootle around absolutely fine, but if I took it on a motorway or for a thrash it would die. I saw a few moments of brilliance with it, but just couldn't work out what was wrong and sold it. Shame really because I know they're brilliant bikes when they work

It's interesting to see the wide range of different bikes/level of experience on this board. Goes to show the all-round appeal of our beloved SV

1998 CG125, slllllooooow, to say the least. Also **** build quality, especially for a Honda. Great for riding in sleet and snow.

1995 GS500. Rusted, very poor reliability, despite what others say. Everything broke after 25K's. Cost a fortune to keep on the road. Horrible to clean. A nasty, nasty bike, but new ones might be better.

2000 SV650. Have not faulted it yet. Swing arm is steel and rusts first, rear number-plate bracket rusted but making new from acrylic. Sooo reliable. Prefer over newer sharp-edged models. Won't sell .. ever!
