i always wear them when im going near motorways, or long runs, ive just got mine from the NEC they came on sat and are amazing custom fit silicon jobs,
miles better than the standard expanding foam ones ive always used before,
on another note, my partner has a caberg j1 flip front helmet, she doesnt like earplugs, when we were out the other day she couldnt hear the autocom ( another nec purchase) cos of wind noise at 70, my roof helmet at 70 is silent, im gonna force her to wear em now, i didnt realise how noisy her helmet was, she just thought thats how they all were.

I almost always wear ear plugs, mainly to keep out the wind noise, ordered custom made from the nec and am waiting for them to arrive, hope they're worth it !!

With you on that one... Qauntum F was my first helmet and I loved it. Until I got a £50 Takachi one and it was quieter.
