Good question - but the ribs around the top of the fork sliders say late 80s Honda to me.

impressively ugly. alomost makes thsi SV I saw at brands look good by comparison:

No clue, but the red bike in the background is a yamaha seca II XJ600S...my first bike!
The white bike...??? This...after it hit a wall.
