Anyone know what this is?

Just saw some instructions on "how to". Said that this mod may invalidate the warranty. Hmm. might wait till it runs out then, if the diff ain't all that.

I thought it was first and second it affected? I made one but the connectors weren't right. They fit the fuel pump on my '03 pointy and not the gear thingy. When I switched it on the bike just cut out until I saw that it was plugged into the fuel pump! I gave up then.

If anyone wants mine you can have it if you pay postage (Unless you're local) and when I find it. It's switchable too so it should be easy to compare.

Ooo! that's made me a bit apprehensive. might just leave the thing alone and ride it! why is it we always want more? and then some more?

No idea, my info is second hand from somebody who has a V raptor 1000, which is, I believe a slightly detuned TLS engine.
On those the timing is retarded to try and keep you out of a hedge, like on the recalled TLS I think. Daft idea.
The TRE on the rap apparently made quite a lot of difference, he came back with a big f###ing grin anyway.

Dont know if it will do owt but the lad at local suzuki dealer recons the SV650 will do 150mph with one of them fitted!
