Biking was a big part of Mark's life and we represented that very well. So once again, thanks.
Could I just say a big thanks to Simon for organising all of us, liaising with Mark's family.

Cheers mate - we all appreciate it.

Here here. Thanks Si.

Was good to meet his folks, such a nice unassuming bunch of people who clearly loved their son very, very much.

Absolutely, cheers everyone involved. I just thought I'd share one more story that I know some of you heard but I thought it was comedy gold if anyone else hadn't heard it. Mark's mum asked Adrian and I what we did for a job, as apparently in an effort to reasure her that we were not Hell's Angels, Mark had told her that one of us was a solicitor and one worked for Christie's! He just about fooled everyone in the world

I just hope us being there made what must have been a very difficult day just a little bit easier in some way for his family. Was really nice to be able to talk to his mom and dad, they were both very strong today.

And Mark - yes you did get the last laugh after all, you cheeky bugger

I just hope we made it that bit easier for everyone and us turning out like that showed how much of an impact he made on us and the biking community.
His family and especially parents were very strong and kind and they told us that the comments left by everyone here on the forum was very well appreciated and his parents and grandparents had read them all and they thanked everyone for that.

Was a tough day but I think it was made that little bit easier by having everyone there and I think us not turning out to be hells angels with big moustaches helped too

Thanks alot for organising Si, did a great job
Also Nick for the flowers and the very nice note

Was good to see you all there

I can't believe he's not French! and there's no chateau!

I`m so pleased to read that such a sad occasion went as well as it could and even had it`s lighter moments, I`m sure Mark`s family appreciated such a huge show of support from you all.

Hope Mark`s wreath did us proud and thanks guys for involving us all every step of the way.... tho lots of us never met Mark I`m sure that many of us wanted to make some sort of a gesture as our way of sharing your loss and recognising the impact Mark made on the org as a whole.

Thanks again and was thinking of you all yesterday
