Apart from hating this little s***, and what he does. The fact still remains you would have your best go at some one going at your or anyone elses bikes in a parking bay, as we are ment to stick together. ( i dont trust bike couriers though )

so everyone to thier own, and how they deal with it, no point in trying to change it.

That statement is way out of order, particularly in this thread, are you suggesting couriers are also bike thieves? Couriers are people on bikes - just like you. And there's a few of them, past and present, (me included), on this board.

I am officially offended.

Well done for posting this information, I agree that if this guy was convicted then his details etc. are in the public domain. The Met can arrest these people but its the CPS who decided on what they can get away with successfully and this is why scotes like these are still out and about.

I am glad that I have studied this guys picture and will be keeping my eyes open for bikes in London when I visit, I dont ride into London myself but bike and indeed car theft really Pi$$es me off.

A thiefs a thief no matter what they steal.
but i always came under the impressions bike theves went for oppertunity ( no bar lock or any chains ect ) or the high end of the market ( anything expensive and sort after )
or have the times changed that theyll steal anything for a quick penny. ??

Nice start to the thread, all i can add is that one lives in hope that a bike he nicks takes umbridge and spits him off sooner rather than later, a nice paralysis from the neck down for the next 70 years sounds about right to me!

The Spa Green Estate is just at the top of Rosebery Avenue, tucked between Islington, Finsbury, and Clerkenwell.

I used to live literally over the road. I'm sure I've seen this little scrote around, and recall Helen telling me about challenging some kids trying to steal bicycles. The estate is the blight on the area, like so many estates, lots of kids, up to no good.

This little ******* seems to be a particularly bad egg... looks like he's leaving court after having been caught stealing something. Rest assured ladies and gentlemen, we'll be supporting this arrogant selfish little **** for years to come through our taxes.

you two are lovely

A one-armed courier pulled up next to me today, I couldnt see how he had modified his bike for the clutch, I think it was an automatic clutch. Certainly had a quickshifter sort of design for the gear change.

Ok, I'm off topic.

Matt
