Bah! I made one for 39p
 Just drill a hole though the lever, then put a bolt through it with a nut on each side. Make any sense? I can take a pic if you like. It's done the job on this bike for months, and my last for years! (oh, and 39p bought a packet of 20 bolts  so effectively, this is a <2p fix!)
