My first bike, negative attitude I wouldn't think about it whilst I'm doing it, but it may get dropped. A friend of mine has Z750 brand new, we 2k miles on it now, looks the nice (ill find a pic), he was polishing it and he dropped it, luckily caught it on his legs but had a sore back after that.
Easy to sort, just get some crash bungs for the sides, it'll save you any damage if you drop it while stationary, even with lowers.
