Sucks ass
![]() the land owner will tell you to take it up with who ever was contracted to do the job, but it would be in their intrest also to get it put right so worth pushing them to take it further, not 100% but i gather from what nic said it was newish tarmac? its not been underlayed properly for it to give out under the weight of a bike |

Yes Gav. They did work on it I think before Nic started there, but it is a repaired bit of tarmac.
Thank you Lily, that's very good x |

Anyone know how it could/would affect Nics warranty if she got the parts and fitted them herself. Would save her a packet!

surrely warranty is more related to the engine etc than the farings?! If it is never noted that things have been changed then it never needs to be known by anybody?!

Can't possibly affect the warranty unless perhaps she were planning to claim for faults on plastics / paint. I'd be stunned if that were the case.

Nic,do you have legal protection on any of your insurances---house car or bike.
I would be looking down this avenue and claiming against the third party responsible regarding health and safety issues-----what would have happened if it had fallen on a kid. Your employer has responsibilities for your safety while on their premises surely |
