You didn't read my reply then. I don't iron anything because I did a lifetime's when I was in the mob, I don't want to be wasting my time doing it now. You may call it rebellion, I call it saving energy.

However, when I have to dress smart I am extremely smart - polished shoes, collar has to be done up at the neck and I never loosen my tie and undo the top button or roll my sleeves up, that's just wrong.

Nah, no point. I can maybe see why some folks like their linen ironed but as for fitted sheets, DEFINITELY no point. what a waste of time!

I have to say that yes I do, I find that ironed sheets on the bed in these temps keep the bed a bit cooler (it could just be in my head though!!)

Honestly I don't unless I'm forced to do something that may get the cuffs dirty, then they are rolled back down. I wore uniform shirts with rolled sleeves but it feels wrong in a dress shirt or even just a work shirt. I have short sleeve shirts for summer

LOL yer in a sunny place

I prefer to have that fresh off the washing line sheets. I have a billion and one sets of covers and sheets, but can't resist pulling the ones just washed off the line at dusk, when theres a slight fall in temperature outside....putting them on the bed and laying in chilled sheets
