![]() Round yours it is then. As txt either Fri eve (depending on you) or I could do some time Sunday, I may be able to find time Sat after shopping if you want. Do you want to go for a quick run aafter up to the barn once it's together? I'll ask Nic tonight. Quote:
It's either Bromley cross or Haliwell, so not far either way. Ste

I work as well, froom oubout half 7. Though if you are covered TPO on his bike through your insurance then you could always bring it over one eve.
Or I could see about poping over to yours. I have a kids party on Sat until 1, so can be at lee's around half past, maybe 2. Ste

with my shifts this week its probably best to meet up weekend AM?
is that ok with you guys? Also the exhaust has come with a new down pipe in the kit (looks narrower the the standard one) Last edited by grimey121uk; 09-09-10 at 06:36 AM. |

![]() The down pipe your talking about is what's also known as the link pipe, fastens you're can to the standard exhaust where you cut it. We can sort on Saturday, but just to put your mind at rest; Normally, one end of the pipe will have a split in it, this goes over your standard pipework and fastened with one of the clamps (may be flared out a bit compared to the rest of the pipe). In a similar vein, the can will have a similar bit of pipe with a split connector on it, this will slide over the other end of the link pipe (which doesn't have a split) and be secured by a clamp. As long and these bits look OK then it's fine. The ID of your std pipework is likely smaller than the OD as there will be further sound deadening material inside. The link pipe is just a plain steel pipe (no deadening material) so may indeed look narrower that what's on now, but should match the id. Hope that clears it up? Lee how does ~10:30 at yours sound? Ste
