Knee down without question. Real skills.
Wheelies are hard on the bike.

However either done riding on public roads is simply showing off IMHO.
(Which is not to say I haven't been guilty either on the odd occasion)

*EDIT*

Yea - I feel more comfortable and safe!

When I lean right its a mix of being scared of leaning into oncoming traffic!

Neither. Backing it into corners. Sliding it out even more so

Long wheelie.

Only because I can get my KD whenever I want really, so i've mastered that

Maintaining a wheelie is cool though, I can still only go throttle on, off, on to get mine up, and they rise about a foot, and last about 5 metres Im lame. I don't wnt to go everywhere on 1 wheel, but want to be able to, as and when I want

Without question the most impressive is the long wheelie, stood up on pegs. Knee down requires way less skill and co-ordination.IMHO.

Exactly, we are talking proper wheelies here... not lifting the front a little bit on the power, any numpty with no bike experiene can do that. But keeping it up on the balance point takes balls.
