It keeps me sane & I'm not in front of the TV all night

The way I looked at it with this project was that the sum of the parts far outweighed the price I paid for the bike, so if it didn't work i could still make money on it by selling the bike off in bits.

Engine is coming into work tomorrow & will get a liberal blasting with the steam cleaner to get rid af years of road gunge & corrosion

Front wheel....Very happy, used spray paint

Rear wheel..... Very unhappy, used Hammerite

There were a few layers of paint on the wheel, so I thought I would sand it flat, then paint over the top. It's my own fault, i should've taken it right back

Just been outside steam cleaning it (Don't tell the boss). It hasn't cleaned up as well as I'd imagined, but, it will have to do

couldnt you get a dremel polisher/cleaning head on it to get rid of some of the stubborn grime?
