Have to say thanks for the interest and all the phone calls (the Mrs was starting to annoyed on Friday eve as the phone kept ringing) it means alot, thanks guys....

Right, with the help of Joe and Nick I have most of the parts and we've rebuilt the bike. Joe got me the mirror & crashbung, and Nick suffered as we put it all back together today. We glued the mirror stay back together as a temporary measure, and Nick fitted the flush mount turn signals.

With a good clean and alot of polishing we have got the bike looking half respectable. It's now ready for me to ride back to work but I think I may catch the train for a couple of days and give my shoulders & back a rest.

We will be available for the ride next weekend......
