The insurance is not good, i'm paying just under £1k.. Madness I know!

Looking good I can't believe it's over 3 years old and has only 1700 miles though! Is the run in period for the RR's 1000 miles? I'd expect the first owner to have been keen to get to the 1000 mile mark asap, but then to do only 700 miles in the remaining time...wow.

My GSX-R's got 1500 miles now, I've only had it 6 weeks ish, got to 1000 after 3 weeks!

I can't get my head round it either, the explanation was that he had a track bike and used that more than the road bike... It all checks out as genuine mileage. The MoT was in Oct 06 and it had done 1700 miles then, when I got it two weeks ago it was showing about 1750!

Added some better pics to the first post now, got my new bits on

Nothing else to add except I may fit a road legal carbon pipe..

Maybe he took the clocks off and run it on the track ?? I hope not, but it's plausable

LOL nasty . I've done a few preliminary quotes on all the ss600's and it seems ball park £700. Found one of jut over £500 for the R6 which i liked(extras like breakdown/foreign cover inc). Had my license for a while longer than you and few years no claims....i am younger though
